Commercial & Visitor Experience Weekend Supervisor
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to help lead our weekend operations at the Charles Dickens Museum.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Museum, Shop and Tearoom, while ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding customer service.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent visitor experiences, and thrives in a busy heritage environment. This is a diverse and rewarding role at the heart of the Museum.
