Visitor Experience Assistant
We're looking for a customer service superstar to come and join our front of house team. The VEA team look after all customer facing areas of the Charles Dickens Museum, from selling admission tickets, assisting with stock control, serving in our Tea room and helping facilitate museum special events.

Marketing and Events Officer
We're looking for an experienced marketer with great interpersonal skills to join us at this respected, heritage, visitor attraction. The Marketing and Events Officer will work closely with the Head of Commercial and Marketing to develop brand awareness and impact alongside maximising income potential through events and hires
