Festive Season Visitor Experience Assistant
There is nothing quite like Christmas at the Charles Dickens Museum, and we celebrate the season with great panache, welcoming visitors from all over the world to the historic house, and staging performances of Dickens’s famous Christmas stories, especially A Christmas Carol.

This position involves selling admission tickets and merchandise, checking in visitors and managing queues, assisting with stock control, helping to facilitate Museum special events and serving a range of food and drinks in the museum Tea Room. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, helping to bring that sense of festive magic to all of our visitors.
