Visitor Experience Assistant

We're looking for a customer service superstar to come and join our front of house team. Your shifts will be split between the onsite shop (including the admissions desk) and the tea room, so ideally you'll have some experience in both retail and hospitality. Above all we're looking for someone who can dazzle our visitors and make everyone feel welcome to the Charles Dickens Museum.
